As Lead Hardware Engineer, you define the technical direction of projects and mentor the engineers in your team. • Defining the technical course and ensuring design quality within projects;
• Maintaining close client contact and discussing design choices;
• Guiding, coaching, and managing engineers;
• Designing and reviewing critical EPLAN schematics;
• Contributing to standardization across locations.

You are a people-oriented lead who communicates decisions clearly and constructively.
You also bring:
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level;
• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or in a role involving technical leadership, client coordination, or project management;
• Strong EPLAN knowledge; experience with ProPanel is a plus;
• A people-focused leadership style: you provide clarity, structure, and foster collaboration within your team.
A key position within the team where you’ll have significant influence on both the technical direction of projects and the development of your team members. You’ll work with both experienced colleagues and juniors, contributing to the ongoing professionalization of the organization.
You will also receive:
• A gross monthly salary up to €6,100 based on a 38-hour workweek;
• 25 vacation days;
• 13 additional ADV days;
• 8.33% holiday allowance;
